Privacy Policy
Effective June 11, 2026
Marivant is operated by BCK Systems LLC ("Marivant," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the public website at marivant.io and the Marivant platform at app.marivant.io (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect
Beta applications and contact
When you request access through the site, we collect what you submit: your name, work email, brokerage, approximate number of active listings, and role. We use it to review your application and to contact you about it.
Platform accounts
If your brokerage is onboarded, we collect account information (name, email, brokerage affiliation) and the working data you and your team put into the platform — client records, notes, saved searches, shortlists, brochures, and similar materials ("Customer Data").
Usage and technical data
We collect standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) and in-product usage events (features used, errors) to operate, secure, and improve the Services. The marketing site stores a single preference in your browser — your light/dark theme choice — and sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Services.
- To review beta applications and communicate with you about the Services.
- To understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
3. Customer Data stays yours
The client books, notes, and working materials a brokerage puts into Marivant belong to that brokerage. We process Customer Data only to provide the Services to that brokerage, and we never make one brokerage's Customer Data visible to another.
4. AI processing
Marivant's analyst features are powered by third-party large-language-model providers (currently Anthropic) and voice providers (currently ElevenLabs). When you use those features, the relevant query and supporting context are processed by those providers under agreements that prohibit them from using your data to train their models. AI output is generated assistance, not advice — see the Terms.
5. Service providers
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the Services: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Anthropic (AI processing), and ElevenLabs (voice). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function for us.
6. Retention
Beta application data is kept while we evaluate and onboard applicants, then for a reasonable record-keeping period. Platform data is kept for as long as the brokerage's account is active; when an account closes, Customer Data is deleted or returned on request, subject to legal retention requirements and routine backups that age out.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based and least-privilege, and production data access is limited to those who need it to operate the Services. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email brennan@marivant.io and we will honor verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law (including the GDPR and the CCPA, where they apply).
9. Children
The Services are business tools for licensed professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for material changes affecting platform customers, notify account holders by email. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
