The product

What it is, and what it isn't.

What is Marivant?

The intelligence layer for the modern yacht brokerage. Every broker gets a personal AI analyst — Navigator — that knows the live market, knows their clients, and does the busywork: plain-English market search and reads, brochures and client pages, client matching and deal rooms.

It sits on top of what your brokerage already runs. Nothing gets replaced; your brokers get faster on the work that wins deals.

Is this just ChatGPT for boats?

Same technology family: the way a race car and a delivery van both have engines. Generic AI chat is a blank slate: no access to your market, no idea what's for sale, happy to guess. Navigator is the opposite: wired into a live index of vessels, listings, specs, and market activity, plus your own client book.

It doesn't just talk. It executes: pulls the comps, builds the brochure, drafts the follow-up, with the evidence shown. See Navigator.

Does the AI make things up?

Everything Navigator gives you traces back to real data: it shows you the comparables and listings behind a number, so you're never just taking its word. When the data behind a question is thin, it says so instead of inventing confidence.

And nothing reaches a client without a broker reviewing it. You always hold Send.

Do we have to replace anything we use today?

No, and that's deliberate. Your website, your portals, your listing distribution, your process: all untouched. Marivant is additive. It sits alongside your stack and takes the busywork off every broker's week, starting day one.

The built-in client workspace is a complete book in its own right, so you have both options: keep your CRM alongside it, or bring the book over and run it in Marivant. Either way, nothing has to be switched off.

Where does the market data come from?

Two layers: a live index of the publicly listed market — aggregated, cleaned, and continuously refreshed from public listing data — and your own catalog and records inside your workspace. Your private data stays in your workspace; it never feeds the public index.

How technical do our brokers need to be?

If you can ask a question, you can use it. Search is plain English, Navigator is a conversation, and onboarding is handled with you: data set up alongside you, no query language, nothing to install.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Marivant runs in the browser, including the one in your pocket. Search, Navigator by text or voice, the client book: all with you on the dock. Nothing to install.

Data & trust

Your book, protected like it's ours.

Can other brokerages see our client data?

Never. Your client book, notes, deals, and documents are isolated per brokerage at the database row level: one firm's data is structurally invisible to another's. Your relationships are your edge; they stay yours. The full commitments are on the Trust page.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Our AI providers are contractually barred from training on your data, and we don't build models on it either. It's written into the Privacy Policy, not just this page.

If we leave, what happens to our data?

It leaves with you. Export your data whenever you like; when an account closes, Customer Data is returned or deleted on request. Leaving should be a decision, not a negotiation; see Trust.

Pricing & access

What it costs, and how to get in.

What does Marivant cost?

One flat monthly rate for the whole brokerage, set by crew size — Solo $197, Crew $497, Fleet $897 — with every feature in every band. Founding brokerages run their first 90 days free on a signed start, then pay the standard rate month to month. Details on Pricing.

What does being a founding partner mean?

A small, hand-picked group of brokerages get: their first 90 days free on a signed start (with at least one paid month after), white-glove onboarding, a direct line to the team, and a real say in the roadmap; sales-pipeline automation reaches founding partners first.

Month to month, on a signed agreement with a one-month minimum. If Marivant doesn't earn its place, you leave with all your data.

How does the application work?

You apply, we read it personally, and if it looks like a fit we schedule twenty minutes to show you Marivant live: real market, no slide deck. From there, onboarding is scheduled around your desk, not ours.

Who builds Marivant?

Marivant is built by BCK Systems, designed hand-in-hand with veteran yacht brokers around how the work actually happens: the pricing conversation, the brochure, the follow-up, the deal. Enterprise-grade engineering, yacht-brokerage focus.
