Your book stays yours
Your data is yours on the way in and on the way out: clients, notes, documents, deals. Export it whenever you like, and when an account closes, Customer Data is returned or deleted on request. No lock-in economics, no hostage files, no exit toll.

Marivant doesn't own your storefront. Your website, your listing distribution, your portals, and your leads stay exactly where they are. Marivant sits alongside your stack, taking the busywork off your brokers' week. Turn it off tomorrow and nothing else in your business breaks. AI in Marivant is decision support, not an oracle. Navigator shows its work — the comparables, the listings, the figures a read is built from — and when the data behind a question is thin, it says so instead of inventing confidence. Nothing goes to a client without a broker choosing to send it. You always hold Send.

Every brokerage is an island
Your workspace is isolated from every other brokerage at the database row level: the kind of tenant isolation that's enforced by the data layer itself, not by application code remembering to check. One firm's clients, notes, deals, and documents are structurally invisible to another's. Not "we don't show it." Can't.
ROW-LEVEL SECURITY: isolation is a property of the database, enforced on every query, not a policy promise.
Your data never trains AI
Your client book is not our training set. The AI providers behind Marivant operate under agreements that prohibit using your data to train their models, and we don't use it to build models of our own. Your queries do the work they were asked to do, and that's all they do.
NO TRAINING, PERIOD: contractually barred at the provider level; written into our Privacy Policy.
A small, serious surface
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based least-privilege access, tenant isolation, and monitoring — with production access limited to the people who operate the service. The marketing site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies; it remembers your theme preference and nothing else. And we run on a deliberately short list of vendors, each under contract, each receiving only what it needs; the full subprocessor list is published in our Privacy Policy.
